Duggan & Marcon worked on the Doubletree Hotel recently, an eight story building with a basement. Interior metal studs, drywall, spackling and acoustic ceilings were installed. The renovation included guest rooms, located on the second through eighth floors of the building. The Doubletree Hotel's bar and restaurant, along with the Grand Ballroom and assorted meeting rooms, all located on the first floor of the building were renovated as well. The project also included renovations of the hotel's basement, with a pool and gym, along with the laundry and assorted storage areas.
